Dato' Joseph Hii brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in business development, sales generation, and operational management. Throughout his career, he has held prominent leadership roles, including Group Chief Executive Officer and Founder of several established educational marketing and media companies, where he successfully drove growth, built strategic partnerships, and expanded market presence.

Dato' Joseph Hii is an entrepreneur and corporate leader with over 23 years of experience across education, property, media, and technology. As former Group Executive Director of HCK Capital Group Berhad (market cap > RM1 billion), he spearheaded strategic growth, achieving more than RM350 million in annual revenues while overseeing the Group's property, education, and platform divisions. He is also the Founder of GEN Education Group, a regional education powerhouse operating across Southeast Asia, and a recipient of multiple awards, including the British Council's East Asia Most Entrepreneurial Award (2013) and Malaysia's National Youth Award in Education Empowerment (2015).

Alex Yow brings over 25 years of extensive leadership experience across multiple industries, including real estate, education, printing, medical, and telecommunications. His broad professional background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of operations management, human resources, communications, and administration, enabling him to lead with both strategic vision and practical insight.

As Head of Operations & HR, Alex is responsible for overseeing the organisation's day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and alignment with corporate goals. His proven ability to optimise workflows, manage diverse teams, and enhance organisational performance has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and strengthening the company's competitive position.

With his multidisciplinary expertise and results-oriented leadership style, Alex continues to foster collaboration, innovation, and service quality across all operational levels. His commitment to organisational development and strategic execution makes him a key driver of the company's ongoing success and expansion in the global education landscape.

Lee Chin Hong

Lee Chin Hong is a dynamic sales and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in face-to-face marketing and direct sales, including 8 years of proven leadership in guiding and motivating high-performing teams.

He demonstrates strong expertise in executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, build lasting client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets. He is recognized for enhancing team performance, delivering successful projects, and fostering a positive, results-driven work environment.

Allan Tew

Senior Manager, System & Technology

Allan is a full-stack developer focused on system architecture and end-to-end execution, dedicated to building high-performance, scalable, and evolvable digital systems. He leads design and implementation across the entire stack - from frontend applications and backend services to infrastructure and deployment - leveraging technologies such as Node.js, Python, React/React Native, along with Docker and Linux environments. In addition, he actively works with Web3 technologies, including wallet signature mechanisms, on-chain data interaction, and decentralized application (dApp) architecture.

His approach is grounded in engineering discipline and system control, with a strong emphasis on privacy, security boundaries, and ownership of data and assets. In bridging Web2 and Web3, he designs hybrid architectures that combine the reliability of traditional systems with the flexibility of decentralized technologies. He specializes in decomposing and restructuring complex systems at the architectural level, achieving a balance between performance, cost, and security while continuously refining systems for long-term scalability and sustainability.
